To begin, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Timer isn't counting down - make sure you are not pressing START after turning on the device
- Device turns off after 5 minutes - make sure you are pressing START after turning on the device
- Device won't turn on - open the battery compartment
- If wired battery connection - make sure the wires are still connected
- If metal contact connection - use your finger to pull out the metal contact, providing a tighter fit
If you have tried these steps and purchased your system over a year ago, your device is out of warranty. We no longer sell new CES devices, but there is no need to upgrade your system. You can simply purchase the NuCalm Discs and continue your NuCalm experience.
