NuCalm is an incredibly personal and unique experience, not only for you vs someone else, but also within your own sessions. As you use NuCalm more frequently, you will figure out what works for you and what doesn't - including session lengths, times of day, track selection, etc.
Power Nap tracks - these tracks take you down faster than the other tracks, and also bring you back up in 20 minutes. If you have a limited amount of time for a session, then listen to these tracks.
Recovery tracks - these tracks incorporate the deep healing and recovery effects of the 528 Miracle Tone Solfeggio music scale. Use these tracks whenever you are feeling ill, injured, ahem - hungover, etc.
Relax I and II tracks - these are ideal for general stress relief and relaxation.
The original Relax tracks (Spa, Piano, Guitar, Strings) are our original four tracks. The software underlying these, as well as the music overlay, are not as sophisticated as the newer Relax and Recovery tracks. The newer tracks take you down to Theta and keep you there, for a deeper recovery. These older tracks oscillate you between Alpha and Theta brain wave length - hence, not as deep of a NuCalm session. However, our original research is based on these four tracks, so while not as advanced as the newer tracks, they are still very effective.
